At Impact, we know that our people are our most important asset. We encourage them to create the most comfortable eve-real life balance for them. Structuring corporate operations and events around them that help our people to combine and carry out their commitments to the corporation ¡§C both in Eve and in Real Life (RL). Also more than just providing a nice Headquaters in Gelfiven IX - Moon 15 Vherokior tribe Bureau, fitted with comfortable work stations, Quafe Bars and state-of-the-art meeting rooms with the latest toilet facilities, we take care of the broader work/gaming environment of our members.
Our aim is simply to make everyone feel as stress-free as possible whilst they are at work, so they can focus on doing their best. We do this by empowering people in what they do. Teamwork and cooperation with other members in the corp mean that you are never alone on assignment. It means that the responsibility is a shared one.
It doesn't matter who you are or what you do in this game, being part of Nascor can make a difference in your gaming experience. It can help you learn faster, achieve more, simplify your goals, and have more fun! Training
We offer training courses on many aspects of eve for new players which will teach you essential skills from combat training through to mining and manufacturing. We also offer non-traditional training such as corporation management training and internal mentoring schemes if you so desire. Training includes getting involved in real projects and learning 'on the job'. The idea is to give people a firm grounding in exactly what we do at Impact. This is also enhanced by offering opportunities to 'shadow' other members and immersing them in other areas of the corporation that they might have interests in.
Our Success
Thinking about the future is a full-time job at Impact. The ideas that drive us forward come from all over our corporation. Impact believes our continued success lies in team work, diversity and the opportunity to continually develop and grow. We strive to be direct in all we do. Honesty and Integrety are our main policies.
New People, New Faces, New Ideas
Impact is always looking for new members to join our team (Miners, Fighters, Mission Runners, Producers, Traders, PVPers). We are a multi-ethinic, multi-national corp, 0.0 space corporation. We help our members run missions, deadspace complexes and ratting in low-sec space. We also have group corp events such as mining operations and hunts. In particular at present we are recruiting PVPers and Miners. We have no minimum SP requirement and will take individuals in Trial, if they certain they will be turn to paying accounts. We want good people. Personality is important.

All of our directors, as well as our CEO is active and can be seen every day.
